Q: Does the company pay for relocation if I want to be a Recruiter in another location?
A: TEKsystems does not pay to relocate employees for recruiting positions, but we will work with you to find openings in any area of the country.
Q: Can I transfer to another field office after becoming a Recruiter?
A: As you establish yourself in the company, you will have opportunities to explore other office locations.
Q: What is the field office environment like?
A: You will be working in an enthusiastic, fast-paced sales business environment. Recruiters work in sales teams and are paired with account managers.
Q: What is the dress code at your corporate headquarters?
A: TEKsystems corporate building has a business casual dress code.
Q: Can I earn a commission as a TEKsystems Recruiter?
A: Yes. We offer a base salary structure plus the opportunity to earn a commission. Both Recruiters and Account Managers are eligible to earn a commission. You will earn a commission based on the number of placements you make with our clients.
Q: What are the qualifications needed to become a Recruiter?
A: TEKsystems has a sales-oriented, customer service-driven environment involving great enthusiasm and activity. We look for candidates who have previous experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting. A Bachelor's degree or related experience is required, in addition to other qualifications.
Q: Does the Recruiter position require any travel outside of the local area?
A: For day-to-day business, the majority of your travel will be in the local territory of the assigned field office, visiting clients, going to lunch meetings, and interacting with our Technical Professionals. You will have the opportunity to attend valuable training sessions throughout your career which also includes some travel.
