Vacation and Time Off

  • Vacation Days: Employees earn 10 paid vacation days each year during their first three years of service. After completion of three years of service, employees earn 15 paid vacation days each year.
  • Personal Days: Employees earn six personal days a year in addition to vacation days.
  • Celebration Days: Two days of paid time off each year above and beyond vacation and personal.
  • Parental Leave: Eligible employees are provided paid time off for the birth or adoption of their child.
