Administrative Assistant

Our administrative assistants often make the first impression on our customers and technical professionals. Therefore, they must maintain a high level of professionalism and impeccable standards for personal attitude, behavior and appearance. Administrative assistants provide customer service to internal and external customers by managing the front desk console as well as interacting with clients via the telephone and in person.

Customer Support Associate

The customer support associate ensures that our internal and external customers receive superior customer service and manage all payroll and operations support. Customer support associates are also the primary liaison with the corporate office regarding all client-related billing and compliance issues.

Customer Support Supervisor

The customer support supervisor oversees and ensures operational compliance with policies and procedures and maintains day-to-day supervision of field support personnel. Customer support supervisors serve as the primary point of contact for field-escalated issues involving internal and external customers and ensure ongoing service quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred experience in a customer service or similar position (2+ years for Customer Support Associate/Customer Support Associate; 1+ years for administrative assistant) Strong organizational skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve and meet deadlines and goals
  • Skilled communicator (verbal and written)
  • Management and coaching experience preferred (customer support supervisor)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Microsoft® Office and data entry/typing experience preferred
