Role Responsibilities:

  • Help IT workers find jobs and companies they love
  • Prospect for candidates by networking, searching and calling potential candidates
  • Develop deep knowledge of the jobs and skills you recruit for
  • Screen candidates and conduct background and reference checks
  • Nurture long-term relationships with IT professionals
  • Generate sales leads, cold-call existing and prospective clients and set client meetings
  • Understand client business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to provide proactive workforce planning
  • Prepare and deliver effective proposals to clients
  • Partner with assigned recruiter(s) to effectively manage candidate pipeline, activity and goals
